great tour, really loved how comfortable the instructors made us feel. my first time but won’t be the last
Francesco took the time of explaining the kayak. Afterwards we went into many caves. Lots of time for pictures. Tip: Go early in the morning.
Beautiful Benagil Cave at Your Own Pace

My partner and I chose to do the self-guided tour. We aren’t super fit or anything so we didn’t know what to expect but it was an amazing experience. We had great weather thankfully and utilized the full two hours (maybe slightly more). We stopped in the Benagil Cave and a beach that was close by which were both breathtaking. By the time we got back it was low tide so we kind of made a crash landing. I thought I’d lost my flip flops but the men directing traffic on the beach were able to save the day and find them in the tide. I would recommend sunscreen and being well hydrated before you start!
