Amazing sup tour Grottos Lagos

I did the tour in Grottos tour in Lagos at sunrise. The tour is amazing.The view at sunrise is incredible and the caves are beautiful. Gaylord is a great tour guide. He teaches the techniques for supping very clearly and always give tips and advice during activities.
Sygma sup school also does everything they can for the planet, being eco friendly and being part of the 1% club. They give you an amazing experience and make sure you have a lot a fun so you will leave with a big smile. They make a lot a of pictures and they share them with you.
I can really recommend Sygma sup school for supping tours. It is a great experience that you will not forget!

I really liked this activity, although I m Portuguese I discovered new facts about portuguese history that were described by the monitor.yes you have to wake up early but it s worth of you time for the landscapes you ll see in a 100% safe way.i took a friend with zero experience and he made it.congrats sygma school and Gaylord.next year we ll be back for sure

Such a beautiful experience. Very early start but worth it to beat the summer winds and the crowds. We were the only people on the water and it felt like we had the whole universe to ourselves, although it felt and looked like heaven floating atop the still water, with the sun rising in the western sky on the horizon. Truly life affirming. Gay was an impeccable, lovely instructor and guide. At ease immediately and felt completely safe. Top top human being. Not to be missed!

We had such a great time! It was very special to start at sunrise and see the amazing grottos before everyone else gets there. Gay is a great teacher and had some
